This lovely retreat boasts two bedrooms, including a queen-sized bed suite, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Step onto the balcony to find an attractive spot with seating and dining areas, as well as a barbecue, perfect for delightful evenings overlooking the picturesque view. The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building. With a privileged location, you can enjoy stunning views and the convenience of proximity to public transport. To access the apartment it is necessary to climb a flight of 20 steps. The apartment shares an entrance with a restaurant on the floor above. The apartment has two bedrooms. One with two single beds and opening onto the balcony; another, interior (no windows) with queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom (with shower). Both have air conditioning. Spacious and bright living room with a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, TV, air conditioning and dining table. A modern bathroom with shower. A large kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, grill, stove, fridge, washing and dryer machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included) A delightful balcony overlooking the Douro pier, with a living and dining area, as well as a wood-burning barbecue, so you can enjoy the mild climate in the best way! During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Waterproofing work is ongoing on the building's roof, with an expected completion date of May 30th.

Getting to the apartment from the airport is convenient and straightforward. Here are some transportation options you can consider: Taxi: Taking a taxi is one of the most convenient ways to reach your destination. Taxis are readily available at the airport. Metro: Porto's Metro system is efficient and connects the airport to various parts of the city, including Cais das Pedras. You can board Line E (Violet Line) at the airport and take it to the Trindade Station. From there, transfer to Line D (Yellow Line) and ride to the São Bento Station. Cais das Pedras is within walking distance from São Bento Station. Rental Car: If you prefer the freedom of having your own transportation, you can rent a car at the airport. Please note that there is no parking in the property. For a quicker and smoother arrival, we recommend booking a private transfer with us (extra costs apply).
