Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

Set over two floors, it features a spacious open-plan living area with a great front terrace benefit from panoramic sea-view, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a lower leisure room, perfect for those quiet moments. The private swimming pool (optionally heated), is set in the front garden and also benefits from the general tranquillity of the area and those breath-taking sea-views. The nearest facilities (cafés and a minimarket) are only between 50m and 400m away, so within easy walking distance.. Oceanscape is the ideal choice for those wanting a quality villa in Madeira with great facilities in a tranquil area, yet within easy access of facilities and other areas of Madeira.

Neighborhood info

Oceanscape villa is perfect for those searching for a tranquil and private villa with fantastic sea views. Across the road from the house there is a small mini market and café perfect for everyday essentials. The village of Canhas with a larger supermarket, a couple of cafés, a pizzeria, pharmacy, and bank are 400 m away; in the other direction, off the roundabout that provides access to the expressway, there is another large supermarket and café, as well as another selection of cafés in the small shopping centre. The town of Ponta do Sol (6 KM away), one of the oldest in Madeira, is very picturesque, with small winding pedestrianised streets leading down to the seafront and rocky beach, where you will find a some trendy bars and restaurants. The larger town of Ribeira Brava, with a greater selection of cafés, restaurants, shops, banks, a larger branded supermarket, and another rocky beach with facilities, is only a short 8,5km or 15 minutes’ drive. An easy drive along the Expressway and Motorway to Funchal will only take you 40 minutes, and to the airport, 50 minutes.

Swimming pool heating: Heating is optional and costs 140,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC.
