Ideal for families, it has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3-minute drive or 8 min walk distance from the historic center and the University. Completely equipped with all the amenities and comfort and ideal for a quiet and relaxed vacation or work stay! You will feel like home from the first moment! Totally equipped, with cable TV and WIFI access. Spacious and sunny living room and complete kitchen with all cookware, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine etc. Washing & drying machine and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, one of them master suite with enclosed bathroom, and a second bathroom in the social area. Astonishing view of 180 º over the city. The bed and bath linen are included in the price. Free cot for baby subject to availability. Sofa bed in the living room if needed. This apartment is ideal for exploring the city without needing a car or simply for those who want a few days of rest in a welcoming environment without the hussle of the city center. Located in a residential neighborhood in Celas, 8 minutes walking from the historic center and the University.
