With an amazing view over the city, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (including air conditioning!). Next to Trindade subway terminal, the apartment is only a few meters away from 'Aliados' (the most iconic avenue in Porto) and from the most important monuments and landmarks. Close to cultural and shopping areas, the apartment is strategically located as the best starting point to discover Porto. Fully renovated apartment in downtown Porto. The apartment is in the 6th floor and is absolutely perfect for couples or small families, looking for some nice days in Porto. The apartment has about 50 square meters, featuring one double-bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living/dining area with a comfortable sofa-bed. The apartment is located in a main street just 100 meters away from the Trindade subway station and has easy walking access to the main landmarks and attractions in Porto. Being centrally located and fully-equipped, it's also the perfect spot for business trips and long-term stays. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
