Catia met us on arrival and Miguel did a stellar job of communicating with us throughout. The apartment was perfect for us in terms of location as we had a tourism travel show at the nearby convention center. There is a great supermarket within walking distance, as well as a wonderful selection of restaurants. The apartment is well-equipped and quiet at night, making for a good night's rest.

Modern, elegantly furnished 1-bedroom apartment on a high floor of a luxury closed condo in Parque das Nações, the most modern, clean and peaceful neighbourhood in Lisbon. Only 20 min. to the historic center (by subway) and less than 10 min. to the airport. Short 5 min. walk to the FIL Congress Center (Lisbon International Fair) and 10 min. walk to the ALTICE Arena (formerly known as MEO Arena). The property offers best-in-class amenities (24h concierge, elevator access, air conditioning in every division. etc.) and the apartment is spacious and elegantly decorated with modern and functional furniture. The condo houses a Gym (Holmes Place) with a pool and a spa inside and, on the opposite side of the street, there is a pharmacy and a large supermarket (El Corte Inglés) that sells all kinds of convenient goods.
Parque das Nações is one of the most sought-after areas of Lisbon, surrounded by the Tejo river and a spectacular coastal promenade, beautiful public parks, well-known tourist attractions (Oceanarium, Lisbon Casino, Meo Arena/Atlantic Pavilion, Camões Theatre, Portugal Pavilion, Museum of Science and Knowledge among many others) and well-served by dozens of nice restaurants, bars and hotels that offer top quality entertainment and a great ambiance overall. Additionally, one of the biggest shopping malls in Lisbon (Vasco da Gama) is also locate in Parque das Nações, with a very large selection of shops, hypermarket, food court, multiplex movie theatre and several ATM machines.
