A spacious, well furnished, and lovingly cared for farmhouse. The pictures don't do it justice. Tastefully renovated with an appreciation for rural life. Multiple areas for groups to gather for conversation or meals. Appreciated the little notes around the house re: ac, or windows, etc. Much better than trying to remember something you read in a long pdf! Thank you! We had a lovely time. Exceeded our expectations.

Very clean and affordable. Exceeded my expectations for cleanliness because in my experience, independently owned motels can be hit or miss on cleanliness and upkeep. Will definitely book again if I need a motel in this area during my travels.

I liked it that there was a decent bar and grill on the premises that was open till 9 or 10, especially as we arrived at 7 without having had dinner. I liked it that it was reasonably easy to find and that it was on the lake. I liked how friendly our waitress was. Disliked · The bar and grill was understaffed and we waited almost an hour to get our meal. The room was shabby, as was the bath room, especially considering the price we paid. Only one small trash can, in the bathroom, that we had to move around, very dim lighting in the bedroom and bath, the toilet paper holder was very difficult to reach from the toilet (I am 5'2 and small but have never stayed in a bathroom where I had trouble reaching the toilet paper!)

We have lived in Dunkirk and went back to visit family and friends. The choices for hotels in Dunkirk leaves much to be desired compared to those along the highway. We have stayed in the Quality Inn, Best Western and the Clarion, which was the worst. They are all owned by the same family and only provide the basic needs. Since we are Hilton Honors members we stay at Hampton Inns if available. The Dunkirk/Fredonia needs an upgraded hotel. SUNY at Fredonia is nearby and the hotels available don’t provide much choice to out-of-town families. Plus the prices are high for the area. We averaged $200+ a day for a mediocre place to stay.

I always pick hotels with free breakfast but wow the spread they served was amazing! Nobody left hungry from my mother My husband and kids aged 5 and 15. And the king size bed was perfect for us and the pull out couch was perfect for the teenager to snooze on. We asked the front desk clerk for an extra blanket she was so nice about everything! And the cleaning staff in the morning when we checked out oh they were friendly and funny! We will be back!

Excellent option for one night stay driving Interstate 90. Near highway exit & gas station. Applebee's is across the parking lot and gives a 10% discount to Best Western guests. Staff at hotel were quick and friendly. All around a good place to stop - clean & comfortable at a fair price. Nothing fancy; it's clean and safe.

Easy access from the highway. Nice to have walking areas near the hotel. There was good placement of sanitizer stations near high touch surfaces at check in and elevators.

Location on Lake Erie was very scenic. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hotel items only enhanced by the view of the lake.

I love this hotel's location right on the lake, and really appreciated that I had a view of the lake from my room as well as a refrigerator.
