Our historic townhouse is located on one of the desirable and famous streets in Chicago, only a 5-minute walk from Lake Michigan and the Gold Coast beach. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and 4 spacious bedrooms are spread across three floors. The property is also within walking distance of the subway, where you can connect to the L trains, and the Magnificent The townhouse is the perfect place to stay for the adventurous and also who want a city break with beach access. **We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorised parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.
