Breakfast was good but could've used COLD yogurt. The yogurt was warm the day I decided to try it...no ice...plus no plain yogurt option but there were plenty of other options to choose from. The eggs were nice. The fruit was ripe and fresh!

Pros- Beautiful, historical, lots of stuff to do, lots of attractions. There is a fun "downtown" area full of bars and restaurants. There is a new casino too. Everything is within walking distance and if it's not, there were lots of Uber and lyfts.
Cons- Lots of homeless people living on the streets and sleeping in tents.

Super cute and welcoming city.
Super cute and welcoming city. I had the good fortune to meet a new friend who essentially played historian and tour guide during my stay. The food was good, the people were friendly, and I would’ve liked a few more days.

I love Louisville…. Have great friends there. Spent NYE watching Marr Rife at the Louisville Palace which was a blast. Did not like our stay though. It wasn’t the worst by far but from its rating I expected more/better.

We grabbed a drink on Whiskey Row.
We grabbed a drink on Whiskey Row. Great view of the street from an open balcony at Number 15. We had dinner at La Bodeguita De Mima Cuban Restaurant and Rum Bar. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. I highly recommend. Then we shopped at the Red Door just 2 doors down from the restaurant. We went to a show at the Palace Theatre. This place is beautiful. Our hotel offered a shuttle so we didn't have to find parking at the restaurant or down town. Our hotel was just a short walk to the Palace.
Our last two hotel stays(at other hotels) have been horrible so we were a little apprehensive, however, this hotel was AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping were so nice and informative. The room was SO CLEAN! The towels were thick and looked new.You have to make a reservation for the pool,we were unsure of this at first,BUT we ended up LOVING it! You get 45 minutes in the pool all to yourself!! My son is 5 and had a blast,he loved the fact that it was only us.This hotel will be our go to hotel when we come to Louisville!
The hotel is located in a great area. We took Uber and lifts wherever we wanted to go for under $10 a ride. It's walking distance to pretty much anywhere in the city. The front desk staff are very friendly. The housekeeping staff didn't speak ANY English. I had to type my question on her phone she handed me, to be translated. Kids in the elevator had been at the pool. They seemed to have enjoyed it.
The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were too light and we had to get extras plus we brought a couple of our own as well. The room was spacious and so nice. It’s unique to other hotels/suites and we have decided that this hotel is in our top 3 for future stays. We love the location of it too. It’s located within 10-20 minutes of everything we like to do in Louisville.
I stayed here only because the Grady Hotel in downtown Louisville screwed me in my opinion. I won't ever stay there.
This hotel was adequate. The room was small, but ok, the Kitchen amenities were nice though. The shower was nice but the design was flawed and a lot of water ran onto the bathroom floor requiring attention so I didn't slip and fall and hurt myself.
Location is a bit scary to some degree. It doesn't seem to be in the best area of Louisville but not bad enough to be afraid to stay,I guess if the best way to describe it. The hotel itself was great and very clean., great beds and shower. Meet our needs for what we was there for.
Beautiful hotel with spacious suites, great breakfast included. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating ( we had a late checkin after a long day of traveling). We’ll definitely come back when we’ll travel through Louisville / KY again.
The rooms are great, comfortable. The hotel is quite new. People are very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant is the best steakhouse I've ever been to. Level of a Michelin starred restaurant. The location couldn't be better.
What I liked most is that I had to be in Louisville for 4 nights and the availability was only 3 nights so I had to book another hotel for the Thursday evening and this hotel actually was perfect
Beautiful abd classy hotel, they even called my room after check in to make sure everything was to my liking. will definately be staying there again next time I visit louisville :)
The hotel is convenient to the venue that I was going to. Access to downtown was OK was not many places to get food from within walking distance except a burger place and bar.
Great location - right by the river and very convenient walk to many restaurants and venues in the area. The hotel itself had a nice bar, taco restaurant, and nice gym.
The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It was conveniently located to events in Louisville. The restaurant was very nice and food at breakfast was great.
Punctual staff, big rooms, good price with a decent location. This is the hotel I always stay in if I can when I need a room in Louisville, would easily recommend.
