We were charged twice and want a refund. First, booking.com did not send email promptly. The girl at desk wouldn't wait for the confirmation. We had just drove 8 hours.
Please refund or give us a free night.

Many of the sites were in or adjacent to the old city which made it convenient to do several things. We took a ghost tour and learned about the history of the city. My daughter and I enjoyed the shops on St. George while my husband toured the fort. He said it was very interesting. We ate at Mojo’s barbecue which was very good and finished our trip visiting the lighthouse. Loved it! I would like to take another trip to St. Augustine to see more of the city.

So many things to see have to come back.
So many things to see have to come back. A lot of places were not disabled person friendly. I would of like to see more, but as a disabled person. I was disappointed for me and my family. Iver all need about a week or more.

We loved St Augustine!
We loved St Augustine! From the history of the City to the beaches on the coastline. Our favorite times were on a romantic Sunset cruise and the awe inspiring church tour. One must eat at DJ's Clam Shack! Great seafood! St George St is must with its little shops, museums and eateries. Wear comfortable shoes when you go because parking is limited but you'll find its worth the walk!

Of all the places I've visited in the US, St.
Of all the places I've visited in the US, St. Augustine was by far my favourite. It was absolutely beautiful--incredible historical buildings, lots of local owned and operated businesses selling interesting and unique things, the people were incredibly kind, the weather was great. It was very easy to get around as well--you could walk around town without much difficulty.
There were also a lot of wonderful historical sites and museums--the Medieval Torture Museum was excellent and a lot of fun, and the staff were very friendly. Additionally, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park made for a fantastic day out. Prehistoric St. Augustine was also a highlight of the trip!
I cannot recommend visiting enough.
That being said, one negative to visiting was definitely the water--it had a very unpleasant taste and even smell when showering. Bottled water is definitely the way to go unfortunately.
The staff was exceptional, super friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was good not great but what do you expect from a buffet included in the price. Location was nice, walking distance from the beach and Publix, local grocery, is walking distance as well. We spent majority of our time in St. Augustine took about 10 minutes to drive to downtown. Very quite on this side of the bridge compared to St. Augustine so if thats what you are looking for I would recommend.
Always such an amazing stay. We travel every year from Indiana to visit St. Augustine and this will always be our go to hotel. If booked enough in advance you can get amazing prices especially during summer months. Close drive to downtown historic saint Augustine as well as vilano beach. Conveniently close to the saint Augustine outlet malls as well. Perfect spot to stay for the perfect city to visit.
The location was excellent. The staff was super friendly. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate and the bonus complimentary drinks at their Tini Martini Bar were delicious! The free parking about a block and a half away was a rare and very welcome perk in the historic district of St. Augustine.
The Bayfront is located within walking distance of the Historic area. They have clean and comfortable rooms, and serve a hot breakfast - almost unheard of in these times. The staff is most friendly and helpful. We have stayed here every year whenever we go to Florida. This place has never disappointed us.
This hotel is new and very nicely appointed. The location is ideal for sightseeing in St. Augustine. It is close enough to all of the attractions, yet slightly removed from the busy restaurant and bar area. We loved the many porches on which you could sit to relax, read, or simply people watch.
I requested an early check-in. I received an e-mail telling me to call when I got to St. Augustine, and they would try to accommodate my request. I called when I got there, and the room was ready for me. Thanks! The location is conveniently between the old city and the beach.
Very friendly hosts, we had nice chats with them. Loved it that we could leave the car and tour the historic district within walking distance. Quiet area and close to everything we wanted to see. We would recomend this enytime and also would visit again.
There is no better location than Hemingway House and Inn on Charlotte if downtown St. Augustine is your destination. Great value, quaint historic inn, excellent complimentary breakfast with table service, parking, and comfortable clean rooms.
The restaurant inside your hotel is excellent! We had dinner 2 nights and breakfast 1 morning while we were there. The waiters were awesome!
The bed in our room was very comfortable.
The hotel was close to where we wanted to be.
The location was good for going into downtown St. Augustine, without being in the middle of the downtown area. It was really nice that the trolley would pick us up at the hotel too! The check in and check off staff were nice.
The room was very clean. And the person at the front desk was very nice and helpful about our room. The hotel is in a grate location just blocks from historic downtown St. Augustine.
The location is lovely, close to the beach. It is a two stars hotel, so do not have too many expectations, but it was pricey for Its category and in strong need of a refurbishment.
Location ideal to downtown. The location was good for the fireworks. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and the staff was very courteous and friendly.
