Joburg is great for shopping.
Joburg is great for shopping. City and it’s history is also interesting. City Sightseeing Bus was very interesting, and it has a good stop at the Apartheid Museum. Walking is not recommended in Joburg but Uber Black is very cheap and safe. People are very friendly. We only had 3 days in Joburg and this really wasn’t long enough. Did hop on off bus with Soweto addition, so informative, but didn’t leave enough time for the Apartheid Museum. In hindsight, should have just taken an Uber directly to the Apartheid Museum as it took 4 hours to explore well, needing a break for lunch, so possibly a day’s activity.
