From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and the warm welcome from the staff especially from Paul the manager made us feel very welcome. The room offered breathtaking views of the River Thames. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat, from fresh fruits to made-to-order omelets, all beautifully presented. Highly recommend the Swan hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city!

It has a pleasant location in Wimbledon Village, about 20 minutes invigorating walk from Wimbledon tube / train station but also on a bus route. I would like to stay here again if I'm working in West London or visiting the city. It is better value than the chain hotels and a much nicer experience.
