As always, Kempinski’s attitude toward its guests is on top! Once again, we had a pleasant short stay at this hotel. From the very first moments, you feel that you were expected and given the utmost attention: our luggage was taken care of as soon as we stepped out of the taxi, we were checked in early and checked out late without any additional charges. All of this was done effortlessly, with a smile, and with the utmost respect. A huge thank you for your attention to the details – especially for your excellent ginger tea. It was a delightful touch! The service in the lounge was outstanding. Many thanks to your entire team! The room was excellent, with a great view, a fantastic bathroom, and a magnificent bed that ensured a perfect night’s sleep and relaxation. The taxi arranged by the hotel was premium-class at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and everything was luxurious: spacious, spa shower, comfortable bed and beddings. The staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was a huge variety and definitely worth including in our booking. Conveniently located about 300m from the metro rail which allows for easy access to malls and attractions. We've stayed in Dubai a few times before, and the Grand Cosmopolitan is by far the best accommodation we've had.

I stayed 1 Night at the Movenpick Media City in Dubai, and it was a very nice experience, the rooms are clean, and fully equipped, Receptionist Michael, was very helpful, and even gave me a free upgrade to my room which was a plus! Definitely Recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai.

This is my first 10 rated review Literally this hotel is amazing in every single way. Every single employee was amazing and hospitable. The butler, the bell boys, receptionists, life guards, bar tenders, servers. Every single one of them. I paid a large sum of money but I truly found that value in their service and product.

Get there 40 min early even if you not doing a skiing lesson. Its a proper manic sausage factory getting all your gear together. The queues pile up fast. Even with everything prebooked it was a mission. Make sure you know what you've paid for, the staff don't volunteer what you're entitled to!!(they're to harassed) Its -5°C we didn't wear thermals, shorts & T-Shirt were sufficient but extra pair of socks would have been nice. Beanie & water proof gloves a must. There are no pockets in the gear they give you. Once you in the park it's a hoot! Photographers a bit annoying, but if on premium you get 1 free photo per person.

If you usually ski take this as a "I did it in the desert" the skiing is bla but the kids had fun anyway. Dubai is very boring for families that love the outdoors so this activity entertains for a couple of hours.

you need to buy clothing if you want to use the facility - could find a place to rent simple clothing, also viewing the participants if you are not paying is impossible - i would have loved to the see the participants before i would expend cash to purchase cloting to participate

Apart from the local youths who ignore all the rules for the slope and have no consideration for anyone else, it’s not to bad. Make sure you check your surroundings as idiots will hurtle past when coming off the top slope in the middle part of the facility.

It's a very nice change to enjoy the chill while outside is 40+ degrees. Don't bother falling for any photographs from their staff, each one is billed at 150AED, not worth it. The penguin is not worth it. Once you go in, you are not allowed to take any pictures of your own, rather you have to pay additional 150AED per picture. Rather spend your time enjoying the slides and other activities.
