My stay at this hotel is always fabulous. The front desk staff are hands down the best I’ve experienced - and a very special thank you to Hashir, Rehan, Charles and Mahmoud for always going above and beyond. Room service staff are always a pleasure to deal with, as is housekeeping. Though the rates are higher than desirable, it is worth staying here. Personally, I’ve stayed here for 2 months and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else’s in Dubai

Amazing service and surroundings from the hotel. Amazing view from our room of burj khalifa! Highly recommended and also forgot about the pool, which was fantastic and really nice views of the skyline of Dubai
