Hotels near Seegrubenbahn, Innsbruck

Staff, very friendly and knowledgeable

Staff were incredible, Food was fantastic and so were facilities. One of the most completely places I have stayed at

The location was great and the view from our suite was beautiful. Our room was very nicely decorated too. The service at the bar, breakfast and front desk was excellent. Everyone made sure that our stay was exceptional. We loved the breakfast. They were lots of choices at the breakfast buffet as well as other choices per a menu. Thank you to everyone of the staff for our great stay at Innsbruck! We will surely come again.

We got the room with the loft which was amazing and you could see the alps slightly from the room. The staff were super helpful and kind. Little coffee shop downstairs which was really nice.

I've booked a private room but when I arrived there they prepared a full apartment suite. Also their spa area was top notch!

The quadruple room is great for a family. Very cozy beds with comfortable bathrooms . The breakfast was fantastic .

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The staff at check-in were super friendly, and the location is amazing, right next to the main train station and close to all the attractions. The hotel feels very modern and luxurious, almost like a 5-star hotel. My room was spotless, stylish, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the mountain view and the AC was nice and cold! The gym was great and very clean too. I really loved my stay here and would definitely come back.

Traditional feel of hotel and modern rooms.

It was very clean and a nice place.

Lovely hotel with huge rooms, super comfortable bed and a great welcome! Was made to feel at home right away - and got advice on how to get parked up in the hotel car park as it's tucked away within a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was great! Easy walk to nearby pizzeria and a lovely little craft beer bar. We didn't get to to go into Innsbruck proper as on a car rally, but the bits we did see were lovely and I'd very happily stay here again if we return!

I liked the personal attention from the very helpful staff the best.

Staff was friendly especially the gentleman at the front when we checked in. Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Breakfast was good. The paid parking behind the building was easy. Location is the best with less than 10 min walk to the golden roof. Recommended.

The hotel was perfect, I stayed one night because I was travelling to another village. I arrived late at night but the hostal crew were really friendly and they made feel home :) the breakfast was great, you can recharge for a day of adventures!

I liked the spick and span room that I was given for my three-night stay.

The location was perfect. Even though the hotel was fully booked was very well managed. Very easy to find parking spaces in the garages near by.

Excellent hotel - very clean, with a very large and beautiful room. The staff were absolutely adorable, friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great: very close to the city center within walking distance, and there are public transport stops right in front of the hotel.

The facilities are really nice The bedroom I got was excellent Bed nice amazing

Where do I start .... I enjoyed staying here enormously. From the beautiful hydrangea, to the easy parking. The comfy sun loungers and different areas to relax. The smell of the pine trees and the wonderful building (original and new buildings were absolute joy to spend time in and were spotlessly clean). The friendly people working there and the tasty, fresh breakfast. I liked the location, close to the centre of town but far enough away to feel like I was half way up a mountain in the trees.

The hotel is on very good location, up to 5 min walking to the Marktplaz and pedestrian area of the Innsbruck center. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok.

Exceptional and historic Hotel, very easy, rapid and polite Check In, you are near 'everything' had I not already have Reservations I would've extended for a few Days!!!!

Very well situated for the Christmas markets. Loved the hotel especially the swimming pool and rooftop jacuzzi. The room was spotless as was the bathroom with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Very nice and traditional hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely kind. The location is great, just on the heart of the city.
