Breakfast wasn't part of the deal. We loved the space, the beds, the kitchen, the bathrooms; but, especially the view. The view is incredible. It's worth the entire fee. The place was super clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The "living room" was comfortable.

The house has a very unique design where we are so impressed. Enough beds for a total 8persons families. Each bed has mattress heater that we feel so warm during winter season.

Recommend staying at least two nights in Port Campbell to give a chance to see all of the coastal wonders. Port Campbell is central to the rock formations etc, and has sufficient amenities for any length of stay, with other centres such as Timboon and Warrnambool not far away. We found travelling to Port Campbell from the North, then leaving along the Great Ocean Road Eastwards to take in Cape Otway worked very well.

Not really about the park, but when in this area I cannot recommend more highly the experience of a helicopter flight with '12 Apostles Helicopters'. It was an amazing experience and a wonderful way to get the full perspective of this spectacular section of the Great Ocean Road. Just do it.
