The suite was amazing and the in-room beakfast was really good. I hope I could have the chance to stay an extra night but I had a flight to catch. I ordered the burger from the restaurant through room service at it was superb. Staff made halloween competition pumpkins was a really fun touch.

    Waterfall is great, go on the boat, fly over it, go behind the falls but don't stay in Niagara Falls, too touristy, hotels footfall is huge, the lifts are constantly full and the breakfasts very mediorce at best. I recommend staying in Niagara on the Lake which is beautiful and visiting the falls for the day.

    We are from the southeastern US. We visited on Labor Day weekend and the weather was great for the weekend but it turned cold midweek. The falls are beautiful when the mist begins to freeze. We had a wonderful vacation.

    This is an absolute MUST.

    This is an absolute MUST. Get yourself on a boat on the river, behind the falls through the tunnels & get out onto the shelf to get yourself saturated, watch from the walkways alongside, helicopter above, get your accommodation so that you see them (even more spectacular the higher the floor you go.)

    We were on the top floor facing the horseshoe falls...the view was incredible. We did not select a view of the fireworks at night, because we knew we would be in bed by then! Our son was with us and we reserved the sweet. It was nice that there was a door between us and he said that pull out couch was comfortable.

    We upgraded our room to a Falls View room. We were not disappointed! Our room had an excellent direct unobstructed view of the Horseshoe Falls. In the distance we can still see American Falls and Bridal Veil falls. At night, we could view the fireworks right in the comfort of our room!

    It's my first time to visit Niagara but I am confident to say that this hotel has the best view of the Niagara falls. I had a clear and unobstructed view of the Canadian horseshoe falls and the American falls, both day and night. Few steps away from the incline railway that brings you right to the best spot for viewing the falls.

    Sheraton Niagara Falls Hotel was such an awesome hotel. I stayed seven nights and had the most wonderful view from my room. It was like waking up everyday in paradise. I found it hard to go to bed at night because I was so mesmerized with the view. My room was right across from the USA falls and was breath taking. I could also see the Horseshoe Falls. I was on the 20th floor and it was quiet and restful. Go and reserve yourself a whole lot of paradise!!!!!!
