Our experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, surpassing any other accommodations we've encountered. The attention to detail and comfort provided a truly exceptional stay, to the point where we didn't want to leave. My family and I came to participate in the Big Effort Swim event at Christina Lake. Because of a flight delay, we arrived late, but the staff kindly arranged a self-check-in for us. The motel is very clean. Groceries as well as small local eateries are within walking distance. There is also a barbecue area and a firepit in the yard, which made for a lovely place to sit in the evenings.

Located in the financial district of Vancouver city center, Hotel Vancouver is located walking distance from shopping, fine dining, and entertainment.

The hotel looks great, and fancy. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Always ready to lend a hand, and even actively checked up on us since we were feeling a bit sick. Truly exceptional service. Beyond, the price is great for a very modern and large room. Didn’t have time to check services like the pool and spa, but I am sure they are top notch. Want to give a quick shout out to the hotel restaurant staff as well. We didn’t eat there, but made a few orders for our room and the staff there as well was exceptionally kind and gave great service. I also want to give a quick shoutout to the location. Very central, Starbucks 1 minute walk from the lobby, Robson street is about 3 minutes away, but also not too far from Northern Downtown Vancouver, so a very nice stroll will lead you to Stanley Park and some nature.

Beautiful suite in a great location with lovely staff. Suite was very spacious with a great view. Located in a lovely safe area with lots of nice restaurants, bakeries and cafes nearby. Urban Fare across the road for purchasing food and drink, also has a Starbucks. Highly recommend !
