the room is clean, especial bathroom is mordern design , reasonable price ,beautiful view and excellent breakfast although you need to take free shuttle bus to hotel if you carry with your luggages . staff is very friendly and helpful.

My room was opposite side of the Matterhorn and could not see it from the room, but I could see nice view of Zermatt town from the terrace. And the hotel is located in front of the best spot to see Matter-Horn so you can enjoy the view of Matterhorn just a few steps out from the hotel. The room was also clean and cozy.

Matthiol hotel is amazing. Beautiful location, amazing room, and waking up to the Matterhorn is unforgettable. Our room had all the amenities expected of a Swiss luxury hotel. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Saida and Mareike were very nice to us. The electric cart driver too. And the best view of the Matterhorn!
