Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was suitable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the view from the breakfast room is incredible watching the paragliders land across the street. The location is terrific within walking distance to Harder Kulm funicular. Well worth the visit. The hotel is also within walking distance from the train stations. Right in the town with shops and restaurants. Beautiful, horses and carriages go up and down the street and stop right across the road. We were there in Mid April and the weather was mild but sunny days.

It locates in a lovely village with amazing lake view. The bus runs regularly from/to Interlaken west station which is convenient and it's free ride with public card provided by the hotel. The owner's dog Heidi is cute and the breakfast included is super. I believe other rooms are very nice based on other guests review.

Harder Kulm

Teetering on a mountainside 1,300 metres above Interlacken, this observation deck can be reached in just eight minutes by funicular. If you want to earn the heavenly alpine vistas on offer the hard way, there are hiking paths that go all the way up.

    Wonderful place to see the area and get the lay of the land!

    Wonderful place to see the area and get the lay of the land! This was our first excursion in Interlaken, and I got my friends absolutely pumped as we looked at areas in the distance we would explore in the coming days. You can take a quick trip up and just enjoy the sights and restaurant, or you can explore the trails that go all along the area. There is a specific hike that is not for the faint of heart, but definitely qualifies for core memory status, and that is the Hardergrat. If you have time to plan, I’d actually start from Brienzer-Rothorn and work your way back to end at Harder Kulm, thus named Brienzergrat. It’s much easier on the knees! You essentially hike the length of Lake Brienz along the unequivocally voted Most Iconic Ridge Hike of Europe! Cheers ❤️

    If you want one of the EASIEST places to visit from...

    If you want one of the EASIEST places to visit from Interlaken, this is the place. It has AMAZING VIEWS of 2 different lakes and 3 small villages with mountains all around. I was in AWE and I have been to Junfraujoch, Titlis, Rigi and Gornergrat. Really loved how easy it was to just take funicular right from town. It's right behind the Beau Rivage Hotel. That hotel was also kind enough to hold our luggage while we went up the mountain....unbelievable service...with no charge (we just tipped). I went there TWICE during an overnight stay....just could not get over the views.

    The apartment is spacious and very clean. Although it is not right in the middle of Interlaken, it was not far away from it and it took us a nice walk through the beautiful small streets to get there. Also it was conveniently located to Harder Kulm. I loved that there was a free parking spot and we didn’t have to worry where to park. Tony was very friendly and responsive. We had a perfect stay in this place.

    1. It's a perfectly placed apartment, we can see Harder Kulm from the kitchen window and people paragliding, and the alps from the bedroom balcony! 2. Centrally located, very easy walk away from ost, harder Kulm and Yash Chopra statue. 3. Tastefully decorated, beautiful crocery. 4. Spacious and clean. 5. Two big rooms and one small room with a hall and kitchen. The hosts were very warm and forthcoming. The best place to be in Interlaken!

    Every corner of this place is likeable. It is near the train station of Interlaken OST, port for the ferries and walking distance to the town proper. Also, it is a minute walk away from the start of Harder Kulm. A view of the river fascinated me the most. There are stoves where you can cook your meals, dont need to bring pots, plates and cutleries as you can borrow them with refundable deposit. We loved camping and has been to different campsites, so this place exceeded my expectations.

    The hotel was within walking distance of the train station. Every time we came back from our activities, we could simply walk back to the hotel. Very convenient. And it was pretty close to the Lake Brienz ferry terminal and Harder Kulm.

    The apartment was larger than we were expecting. It was in a great location close to the main part of Interlaken but far enough back from the main area to make it very quiet. Good views out of the windows - great for watching paragliders coming down from Harder Kulm. Good cooking facilities. A few minutes walk to a supermarket and cafes etc and close to the Interlaken West train station.
