From the moment I arrived, your concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay in Beijing was both seamless and memorable. He consistently demonstrated a willingness to "go the extra mile" in assisting with all my requests, no matter how big or small. I was particularly impressed by his arrangements to multiple request such Great Wall, landmark information, transportation, Opera and restaurant reservations. The location can't be beat. Easy access to Chang'an Avenue and the Second Ring, but secluded from that traffic and indeed from all traffic by being behind the Regent Hotel. Surrounded by beautiful shops and sits on top of the Dengshikou subway stop. Room is spacious, quiet, and well supplied. As beautiful as is the location and room, is the price. I stayed during what seems like a low season and hadn't seen prices like this since the 1990s. Unless the price triples,I think this is now my favoriate hotel in Beijing.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay in and to come back to after a long day exploring Beijing. The rooms were modern, spacious (surprisingly spacious), very clean and the beds were comfy (large and not too soft or hard- just right). The hotel also serves great breakfasts in the morning, and refreshing drinks in the evening. I also enjoyed just how helpful the team at the hotel was. They knew everything about the immediate area and what one should do for itineraries of various length. Most importantly, they were always pleasant, and never failed to make sure we were enjoying our stay and never were lost in Beijing or in China for that matter (because China is very different from any EU or Western country- and I did struggle with WeChat a bit...). Candice, Zoe and the rest of the team were able to various itineraries or day trips- which we did not take advantage of this time, but they did point us towards Lama Temple, Temple of Confucius, and other Beijing shopping destinations that we would not have known about without them. Although we left very early in the morning at the end our stay, they still wanted to wish us a safe trip back home in person. Thank you all! If any of my friends head up to Beijing I will tell them about this hotel :)

    The Sunworld Dynasty Hotel in Beijing is conveniently located in a pedestrian area, few blocks from the Forbidden City (about 30 min walking from the South Gate), where there are few shopping malls and lots of restaurants. Subway is also very close (less than 5 min walking). The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a view in the royal palace in the Forbidden city. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

    The hotel was well located, and within walking distance to shops, and many attractions in Beijing like Forbidden City and Tianmen Square. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices served each morning. I appreciated that several plates differed day to day and a nice balance of both Western and Chinese food. I worked remotely throughout the week and WIFI was fast and efficient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Oh and free laundry was greatly appreciated. All in all, a great stay and I was happy with our choice.

    Great location (short walk to Wang Fujing shopping street, walking distance to Tiananmen and Forbidden city), good breakfast and very helpful staff. Despite some hiccups in arranging for 3 rooms to be located at the same floor which i requested during the time of booking (3months earlier), the hotel staff managed to made it up for my family with 1 room and 1 apartment at the same floor. The apartment was an upgrade! Appreciate this very much

    The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Beijing and contributes to that beauty itself. The baroque style grandeur never seems out of place as it is combined with impeccable service. Luxury and comfort, not exclusivity, infuse the atmosphere. And it serves as a fitting base from which one could explore the Forbidden City (only 10 minutes walk away), the Wangfujing shopping area, the National Art Museum, etc.

    Excellent little apartment, perfect for a week’s stay. It was convenient being able to wash our clothes during the week, plus the apartment is very spacious. Location is great for T.     Excellent location. Very close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Metro station was just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Just 3 minutes walk to the Wangfujing pedestrian Street. Very cooperative staff. They arranged a tour for us for the Great Wall of China. They also arranged a taxi for us to the airport at very early in the morning. Restaurant was excellent

    The purpose for my Beijing trip was to visiting the Great Wall and the forbidden city. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Mutianyu part of the Great Wall. There is a direct bus route right behind the hotel. The hotel is also 1 minute away from subway, very convenient. The hotel is recently renovated so everything looks new and clean. Overall I liked my stay.

    Take a guide at forbidden city we didn't wish we did and go to the Mutianyu part of the Great Wall take chair lift up turn right and walk right to the top well worth it and take bobsled down amazing. The national museum of China free for visitors from abroad and make sure you go to Jingshan park the view of beijing and the forbidden city is amazing.
