The personal service and how clean the room was,beds were very comfortable and even though breakfast wasn’t included every day they supplied our room with fruit and snacks.

The most exclusive location in town. The hotel is steeped in history but filled with modern day amenities. We had a lovely view to the sea and a balcony. The shower gel and toiletries were very nice and the shower water pressure and fixtures were top of the line! Great bathroom and great toilet paper :-) The breakfast was top of the line and the food and service at the breakfast salon and at the lounge was also great. Good job! The best and most important feature of this hotel is that ALL the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Everyone seemed as if they were enjoying their work and were happy to assist. I don't know if this is a Cantabrian quality of all the people in that city or simply the best training, but surely the staff at this hotel are the nicest and friendliest people in all of Spain. Congratulations. I would stay here again, only for the service.

This is a lovely hotel near several beaches in the Sardinero neighborhood of Santander. Each room has a theme and ours was Tokyo. It was very comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom. The staff are all very welcoming and gave us good information about restaurants and transportation. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had with so many choices of fresh foods. We liked being in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to some lovely beaches and many restaurants.
