It was a beautiful period property in a wonderful location. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel bedrooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Our evening meal was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were very neat and tidy. It's a good place to stay and they have a lovely restaurant with a great menu. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall,a good place to stay and has easy access to the castle and cathedral.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous throughout! The staff were incredibly nice, stored luggage for us and made checking in and out easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. It's not often that you can look out the window and see a castle! We loved the convenience of the location and our tapas dinner at Ole Ole next door was wonderful (reservations encouraged). There were lots of quality options at the continental breakfast (beautiful pastries, breads, sliced meat and cheese, fruit, yogurt, and more). We would return in a heartbeat!
