The room was extremely clean, the room was spacious. Bathroom was extremely clean. Very well hosted, staff was there for you if you needed anything and provided as soon as they could. Beautiful hotel, the location is great! close to everything.

    We booked to attend a show at the Bristol Hippodrome so it was excellently placed for that. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Big bed. Private secure parking. Quick clean lifts. There were facilities we did not need to use but were good - eg laundry service, ironing board and iron, free use of umbrellas, hair dryer etc. Room service. Big TV.

    The hotel was in a great location as we were going to the Bristol hippodrome to see a show and it was only a several minuites walk, the staff were friendly and polite parking was just about next door a bit tight in a large car (please check the height especially if you have a top box!!) did not try an evening meal but the breakfast was good with a large selection of various food to suite your needs will definitely stay again
