Last time I stayed it was really disappointing but after staying at a few other nice hotels this one is better for my elderly mum re access to the train etc home so location is good

Amazing hotel with a superb vibe!

Absolute baller hotel. Amazing breakfast, oh my gawd! The room was exceptional, the bath was amazing, just had to set aside time to use it. Bed was comfortable and I loved the way the room could be sectioned off with curtains. Took me a minute to realize the wardrobe lights were on a timer.

All good, except a small room, but we expected so it wasn't a negative surprise. Breakfast excellent.

Room is simple, but super clean, and the cleaning ladies do a great daily job. The two guys in the reception (I believe they are from Malta) are just amazing, SUPER helpful and so nice!!!!

Although this is a small, family-run hotel, reception staff were present 24hrs a day which was very reassuring and they always greeted us warmly. Everything was really spotless. Our room was a good size for London and also really quiet (at back of hotel) despite the busy location. Plenty of sockets for charging devices. The location of the hotel is superb.. trains, buses, restaurants and supermarkets all within very short distance. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were exceptional, and the location is pretty close to the metro and national railway. There was no loud noise and didn't face any sort of disturbances.

I liked everything. I've read a lot of awful reviews about this hotel. Well, nothing bad happened to us here :) It is an honest two-star hotel with perfect location. It is right across the road from two train stations, in a historical building. We had a tiny room that had all a person might need: a window, clean comfortable beds, a wc and a shower, a set of drawers, even a desk and a chair. We got a kettle, cups, tea bags and sugar. There was soap in the shower. We were perfectly happy. Especially when we returned home on foot in the middle of the night. It is probably not for you if you plan to spend time in a hotel, if you need space and modern renovated bathroom. It is perfect if you came to explore the city, and all you need from a hotel is to get there easily, have a shower and a cup of tea and have a night's rest.

Loved everything about this hotel. Easy walk from the station after a long journey and in a beautiful Edwardian square, trees and park. The hotel itself is bijou, full of character and colour. I loved how they used the space to make a comfortable room with shower and desk and bed, everything you need, with the high ceilings and tall windows and balconies. Warm colours of gold and red, a lovely hot Grohe shower and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The staff were friendly and 24 hour and I woke up to tennis players outside in the park. Some might call it "dated" but it's clearly built to last, durable, solid, sturdy and secure. A gorgeous building in a wonderful location and the price is outstanding. I've already booked to return.

The stay was well beyond expectations, especially compared to the price and reviews. The room was fully equipped, spotless, and smelled fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful with luggage storage and always had friendly smiles. Highly recommend!

Great location just minutes from King’s Cross Saint Pancras, nice view from the window, even in a small double we had all the facilities (kettle, hanging space etc), main reason for our booking being for the baggage hold.

Location excellent, room was beautiful and modern, all facilities were there from shampoo conditioner etc to washing up liquid, lots of glasses dishes pots and pans. Towels and bedding luxurious. Bed and pillows very comfy.

Lovely quiet location a stone’s throw from Euston station but on a quiet, safe feeling street with views over a park. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was cosy and comfortable even after a full day’s travelling. Breakfast smelled amazing and checkout was just as simple and friendly as checking in.

Very central location, in a quiet neibourhood. 5 - 10minute walk in any direction to the underground. Very clean and comfortable for two people.

We were advised it was a very small room which we were ok with, they upgraded us to a bigger room when we arrived which was really nice of them to do

What wonderful little gem. From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful. From sorting out the parking to advising on the congestion charge. Every member of staff we met despite the time were friendly and polite. The rooms are super clean with 4* amenities. All the little touches from the filter tap and the complimentary mini bar didn’t go unnoticed. We had a great night sleep and will definitely be back!
