The room was always maintained to a high standard, and had all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it is only a 5 minute walk away from the central train station. Besides being accessible and clean, the staff were very helpful.

It's a very pleasant hotel. A great location into the city centre. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. This is my fifth time staying there. I love it. The breakfast is fab. Great choice of food . The adjoining room was great for what we needed it for. A 10/10 stay and we can't wait to come and stay again.

Nice location, comfortable and easy access

Lovely clean Hotel in a great location.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Cardiff within 5-10 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us. A big plus was the online check in and check out which meant we didn't need to wait at all.

Spacious room, good beds, centre not far. Car park under the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated that they stayed after working hours just to accommodate my late check-in, which meant a lot to me and showed their dedication to guests. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Central, clean and the facilities are equipped with everything you might need. Not too small, enough space to move around comfortably. Even though it’s an apartment there is daily cleaning.

Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. The cleaning in the room was excellent.
