The rooms, hotel and restaurant are excellent, comfortable and beautiful with a high attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The guest lounge/bar area was also a massive bonus!

The staff were all lovely. Requests were fulfilled. The bed was really comfortable even though it seemed like it wouldn’t be. Breakfasts were delicious. The lounge was comfortable and peaceful. Excellent location. Good parking.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The view of the castle from my room was stunning, and the location couldn't be better - close to shops and food options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were great. They also offer paid parking, which is convenient. Highly recommended!
