Functional stay for one night for a concert at the forest. Can’t say much because we only slept there, got back late and had to leave early the next day.

Monastery Hall is located in Chester, just 19 miles from Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and 19 miles from ACC Liverpool.

Location was really close to Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Planet Aquarium. Several local pubs and dining places around. All facilities as advertised on website. Even extras (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc,)in the cottage on arrival, very nice. Very quiet area on country lane. Locals all pleasant and welcoming. Hot tub fantastic & ready upon arrival. Brilliant for a quiet relaxing getaway. Will definitely be going back. *****
