The lady on the reception was very polite helpful and very welcoming I forgot the name but she was a black lady working around 5 when I checked in and we were happy with everything. No complaints at all

Everything about this place was brilliant. Definitely coming back here. Right from checking-in, to breakfast, to room service, to checking-out, and the refurbished rooms all was top notch. Mirka at the check-in counter is an absolute professional and is an invaluable asset. Gave us the best of the best. Karen at the breakfast counter is a phenomenal person, more of a friend now and look forward to seeing her again. Bow, who works in the evening was an excellent person who served us dinner and drinks. Great memorable stay and look forward to visting this place often during my corporate travels.
