Such a cozy, quiet, calm place to stay just a 5 minute walk from the action of Oxford St. check in and out was easy, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast was top notch. There’s a dedicated side entrance for guests, and just around the corner is The Attendant - a fantastic coffee shop that was a former public lavatory. It’s worth a visit. But this area has everything a visitor would need nearby, but without the noise, I had no issue sleeping. Rooms feel very recent, the shower was a dream. And if you pick the copper tub room like I did, a corner room with a gorgeous tub, you can soak anytime.. I would definitely stay here or in their sister property “the spice of life” in the heart of theater district when I next return to London.

We walked in off the street and got the last table!

We walked in off the street and got the last table! Fun place with great food and drinks. You can clearly see from every table too because it’s terraced. The band was amazing and it was a blast! Iconic place. Make a reservation to be sure you get in. We just lucked out.
