This quirky hotel was a great find! Marlon who checked us in and served at the bar was very friendly and quite funny! The room was great and the bed was comfy. Cups/ Tea/Coffee and a choc in the room was a cute extra and we were grateful for the dyson fan! The location is great and parking is right on the doorstep £34 for 24hours. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! We had an amazing anniversary at this hotel.

Great hosts Lovely decor and amenities. The cheerful flowers a plants are a nice touch. Terrific location in what feels like a real neighborhood. The cafe at the corner is great for a coffee breakfast pastry.

    This bright and clean hotel was perfect for our trip to Brighton to see a concert just down the road at the Brighton Centre. The ongoing renovations are looking great and our room was clean and bright. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff were so very helpful and kind, arranging for a taxi for our trip to the station. Very cheerful.

    We loved how close the hotel was to the sea front and to the Brighton centre. The pool and steam room were really nice and the breakfast options were good. The staff were really helpful and lovely. If you had a sea view that would be really nice.

    The room was very clean, very comfy bed. Not a huge room but space used well to ensure this wasn't an issue. We loved the location being right across the street from the beach and very near to the Brighton Centre which we were visiting. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff all very helpful and kind. I had a painful neck whilst there and after asking it was no trouble for them to warm my heat pack to put on my neck to ease it. Will definitely visit again and again.

    The location was absolutely spot on for us as we going to the Brighton Centre - 5 min walk! There is a good car park a 3 min walk which was handy. There are plenty of restaurants etc and it’s right on the seafront!
