It’s was clean, great food, nice rooms & most importantly all the staff were incredible - from the front of house to room service. My child was unwell when we stayed & they couldn’t of helped us enough that night.

The place is very fancy and got a unique design, also very clean and the bathroom is so big and comfortable, it gives you a sense of space and freedom, and i liked staying in this hotel and i would definitely book again if a have a chance

The room was extremely clean, the room was spacious. Bathroom was extremely clean. Very well hosted, staff was there for you if you needed anything and provided as soon as they could. Beautiful hotel, the location is great! close to everything.

    Location is very convenient. You can find everything around the hotel . I’m really impressed with the staff service 👍👍. We came here to send our daughter to Bristol University. We can walk from here to her new uni apartment within 10 mins.

    The location for where we needed to be was perfect. A short walk ready for the Bristol University Tour. The arrival drink (Sherry) was lovely. The little touches like the Tea Leaves/Ground coffee was superb. The interior of the rooms were traditional and attentive to detail. Katie who checked us in was amazing- very knowledgeable, chatty and provided relevant information to us.
