Great location, great staff, everyone was very kind and we felt very welcomed. The rooms are good size and the entire place is very clean. Very happy with the stay!

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to bars, restaurants, places of interest and close to underground/train station. The decoration is very tasteful and quirky. Free fruit and water by reception. Our breakfast was included, great variety and selection, also gluten free and vegan options.

The breakfast was incredible. Everything fresh. Even the croissants were soooo goood. And all the food in general was excellent.

Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen. The staff were very professional and well trained; we can see that the Manager of the hotel is doing a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with choosing this hotel.

I had a great stay here! The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and offered really good value for money—especially considering how expensive central London usually is. The location is absolutely brilliant. It’s just a short walk to the subway and Victoria Station, and also close to Borough Market and Southwark. The staff were a real highlight—super friendly, very helpful, and available 24/7. Overall, a solid, affordable option in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The location was a highlight: only 10-15 minutes by bus to the main attractions, with a stop just 2 minutes away. The room was very comfortable—warm and dry. Coffee, tea, and housekeeping were provided daily

The room was amazing ... it was very charming and very quiet although located over the pub. The personal was so lovely and friendly and also the food and drinks in the pub were incredible tasty. As there was a bus stop right outside the location, you could be in the city center within 10 minutes. I would come here anytime when staying in London. Can absolute recommend this accomodation and pub.

Overall good place and a typical Hilton standard. Very nice - attentive staff, very clean rooms, good breakfast. The option for the extra bed were all just perfect and practical for.

We visited London for the Iron Maiden show at London Stadium and we chose Holiday Inn Express Southwark by IHG for our stay. Everything was great. Best location in London.

Great location, near London bridge tube. Very close to the Borough market. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold choices. Staff helpful and friendly.

The location was great. The facilities of the property was still relatively new. I also liked the kitchen and dishwasher machine in the room. All worked well.
