Amnaya was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we were looking for. We received a room upgrade for a review. The pool and bar service were wonderful. The restaurant food was incredible and the menu had a lot of variety. It was amazing that breakfast was included and we were able to order off the extensive restaurant breakfast menu. We hired a private driver for the day from the resort and it was a great way to see more of Bali. The massages at the Spa were incredible and luxurious. We also appreciated the quick room service and laundry service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The overall upkeep was amazing, the gardens are beautiful kept by the gardener - Pasta. All staff went above and beyond, especially Ariel who was always ready to help.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size, although dated. The bed was great, very comfortable. The hotel it self if huge. The pool area is great and very clean, could not fault (except for the deck chairs explained below). The breakfast was fresh with a fair selection. The location is fantastic, easy walk to lots of cafes on the beach. Bikes are available to use along the beach. Easy walk to everything that you would need. It was very convenient that the hotel has its own money changer which mostly had rates better than those in the street.

Room is very clean and stylish - there’s a small balcony with racks to hang dry your towels, swimsuits etc. Breakfast is GREAT with a very wide variety of options. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is fast and reliable. There’s parking space right outside the hotel lobby. Good location too, easy access to the bypass to Ubud or the airport.
