the warm welcoming friendly and professional staff,starting from the gate keepers to reception team , house keeping ,the friendly staff at the restaurant .. and my friend ketut who drove me around ubud and took me to near and far villages and followed up on delivering my purchases. the hotel with its beautiful architectural details and interior comfort reflects a serene atmosphere, calmness,top that with the beautiful surroundings of the jungle and rice fields .. bisma eight location is exceptional... for all the above I decided to extended my stay after my friends left for a few days during which I felt so cared for from each one of the hotel staff . it felt like home .. I will definitely come back to Bisma eight because I miss it . thank you 🙏

It was the nicest hotel we stayed in Bali! We booked a family room (kind of a villa with 4 rooms only) and it had a pool and rain forest view, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is really close to Ubud center and you can rent a motorbike directly at the hotel. Also we loved the breakfast, banana pancakes with pineapple jam were delicious. Would stay there again

A beautiful and comfortable place to spend several days in Ubud. The room was perfect, clean with all necessities you need and with a stunning view to the pool. Service is perfect and the personell of the hotel is so attentive. This hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Monkey Forest. Also, it’s surrounded by many fancy restaurants and souvenir shops. Nice place to relax.

The service was 1000/ 10 , was the best honeymoon thanks to the staff, we definitely want to come back and bring all the famly , the food was really good, the cocktails the amenities, we did yoga for free, it was a nice balinese dance the first night, the prices were good for the quality, and OMG with the amazing and extra friendly staff !! it was a paradise, the vibes, the energy, the people, the place! everything was amazing!
