Service with fantastic hotel was very clean and in a very ideal location. A few minutes walk to Al Aqsa, right in the heart of the markets. We had a great time as a family. We were really well looked after all the stuff he went above and beyond to make us stay comfortable and help us arrange day trips to Bethlehem and Hebron. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel in super location. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the old city. The staff were always extremely helpful and the gentleman working behind the bar in the evenings was very friendly.

Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.

    It's a GREAT apartment in every respect. Location - awesome, so close to the old town/City of David and Jaffa street itself is a nice walk. Facilities - clean, equipped, very easy to cook your own meal. Great view from the balcony, etc. Wifi - stable, fast reliable. Host - superb, forthcoming. Even though The place is very central and everything, it's EXTREMELY quiet at night. We had one of best sleeps in weeks, cause the previous weeks in Egypt/Sinai were ... noisy.
