beautiful and large room overlooking their lovely and very special (and romantic) garden. breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. very close to the arsenale if you’re in town for the biennale!

Everything was perfect, the location 100 m from Piazza San Marco, the rich breakfast, you could serve espresso, cappuccino, American coffee, as many as you wanted. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows, adjustable air conditioning in each room of the apartment - we were accommodated in a room in the building opposite the hotel. Access to the building is by code, and the hotel and the dining room are really very nicely decorated. The rooms are equipped with a coffee machine with Lavazza tablets. The staff was very kind, both at the reception and at breakfast. The ladies who served breakfast made sure that everyone got what they wanted. I recommend this location to those who want a pleasant stay and in an area with restaurants and shops, but also very quiet at night.

My room was amazing! I loved the ambiance of the room as well as comfy beds. I had a room with a little private terrace which also was an amazing surprise! And the location was perfect even though I researched area first. But I would have to say the staff is above and beyond! My check out day, it was high tide and the bell hop carried my bag almost 10 mins through Venice because the water taxi couldn’t get to the hotel pick up which was so accommodating! Will definitely stay here my next visit to Venice!
