The treatment by the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Very helpful. The property is nice located, very comfortable and everyone was very warm and accommodating. The receptionists gave us lengthy explanations about what to visit in the city and the hotel rooftop bar has stunning views of the Etna.

The amenities were great and the staff made our stay all the more enjoyable. The concierge helped us with our luggage, accommodation, parking at the hotel and to the airport (because we had a car) and how to navigate the public transport system. Big shout out to Georgia! The room was big, clean, and comfortable. It was beautiful but practical, with a good bathroom. The air conditioning worked well despite the high temperatures we experienced. The location was amazing, just a 5-minute walk from the main pedestrian street. It felt safe to walk around both day and night. The staff was very kind and professional. The parking was easy and convenient, as the staff took care of everything related to it. The breakfast was good.
