Excellent place, all you need! Elegant, stylish, functional and comfortable, super friendly staff who truly think of their clients (I had to wait for my bus and they had absolutely no issue with checking out right in time, this is truly exceptional), great view from the room, beautiful garden with fantastic view, clean, clean, clean..! What else one would need? I really loved this place. Before moving to this hotel, I was staying in another one with more stars but with much less of everything wanted and was provided by Palazzo Ravizza.

Everything in the hotel from the beer, breakfast, dinner, etc. is exclusive and of great taste. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to stay here.

This hotel is so beautiful and well maintained. The beds so very comfortable with beautiful linens and fluffy pillows (best bed we’ve slept on in two weeks) The staff is extremely accommodating and willing to help with everything and anything you ask for. We could have stayed at this hotel for a week and been very happy.
