This place is spectacular! A beautiful building, stunning gardens, excellent staff, great food. Well located close to the town with ample parking. Also bed was comfortable and the room was lovely.

What a beautiful place in Siena, old house but fully renovated, it was the best hotel we stayed while in Italy...breakfast is individual made for each room not a Buffet. Place is not far from Siena old town, we took a bus and worked but depending on the time, you may need to get a taxi/Uber...i think its really good to stay here and explore the surrounding areas of Tuscany by car, and in the end of the day enjoy the Hotel and its facilities..

The breakfast was outstanding and very affordable. My girlfriend has celiac disease and they had many options for her. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The service was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Bus is right in front of the door and there is free parking at the hotel for guests. I recommend taking the bus into the city.

The hotel is top notch. Comfortable, free parking, amazing breakfast & close to all attractions. Staff especially Vanessa at reception was outstanding.

Amazing place with stunning views! Great food and very nice staff.

Absolutely stunning location with a view of the Duomo. We arrrived on our bikes soaked from the rain, and the staff helped us to store our bikes and get to our room right away. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. We could even see the duomo from our window. Additionally the breakfast was exceptional, exceeding our expectations.

Great hotel that gives you a small taste of Italian silent luxury feeling. In general, there were no issues and you can also have a look at the Siena stadium which is behind the hotel which was a bonus for me.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is right in the city centre, with everything close by, making it very easy to explore. The neighbourhood felt safe and welcoming. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending some fantastic places to visit and eat, which made our trip even better. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The best part of the hotel is the terrace, with an amazing view of Siena city. It's on a super quiet area with an amazing view and some free parks in front of the hotel. It's 15mins on walk to the city center. Rooms are stylish and renewed. The whole hotel is clean.

The location is perfect - in the heart of old town. Breakfast was excellent. The communication with the hotel staff long before our stay was excellent - they sent to us very detailed instructions how to reach the hotel by our car without infringing the regulations of the ZTL.. We received an excellent service of valet parking for our car.

We love staying here and extended our stay. The location is a very short walk to Il Campo, but most of all it’s the people at Locanda Garibaldi. Simone is friendly and was very helpful with transportation, etc. His mom (Sonia) does the cooking at their restaurant. We ate there every night - food was so good. We hated to leave!

Giulia is a wonderful host. The location is fantastic -right in the heart of town. The entire place is welcoming and warm, with fresh fruit, chocolates, and snacks in the main entry. The first thing I noticed was the fresh aroma when I walked in the door. Giulia met us at the entry to the street to make sure we got in ok. The entry is very secure. Our room was huge and just as depicted in the photos. We felt very spoiled by how well we were treated during our stay. The palazzo was extremely clean, quiet and cozy. There are places to relax outside the rooms with sofas and chairs, and jars of candies. We bought a bottle of wine and enjoyed it on the sofa, and Guilia opened the bottle for us and brought us wine glasses and a snack. There is espresso in the room. You don't need breakfast at the hotel, there are so many bars to get a caffè and cornetto just around the corner. You can also go to the restaurant on the piazza and get a discounted meal. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Obviously, the location of it. Right at the centre. Just a few steps from Piazza de compo. Got all the necessary shops/gelateria and restaurants nearby. As for the rooms. I stayed in room 14. Beautiful Italian room. Big bed. Window with a nice view. My own bathroom. Cleaning was done every day. Lights are working.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Nice view from the terrace. Great location from the Piazza del Campo (around 9 minutes walking). And peaceful area. Great facilities as well. It also has an elevator

The hotel is very convenient and has a great location. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. What really made the stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Tommasso, who was always smiling and ready to help whenever needed. A special thanks as well to Gabriel. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Clean, located in a perfect location

A lovely room just out of town so you can park your car for free and walk for a few minutes to be in the main centre. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very well presented and good value.
