Wonderful hotel set in the midst of Lucca (the walled city) very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good although I would suggest they let you know you can have cooked items too as this wasn't explained on day one. Other than that it was fantastic.

This is an absolute Gem in Lucca . Beautifully appointed communal areas and bedrooms but the absolute star was Pina . The receptionist . So friendly kind and helpful a real credit to the hotel . Thank you
