The staff are fantastic! They are very friendly and welcoming. The location couldn't be better. On the edge of old town; 1 min walk and you're there. Quiet, safe. Italy won't allow running air conditioning before May 1, so they brought me a fan :) Breakfast is extended continental. Very tasty, and there is plenty to get you going.

Everything. Location was great, service great, staff great, and breakfast was very good.
