The hotel was perfectly located in a very nice area of Torino. We came driving and it was important to have parking which was located near the hotel. The room was amazing, it had everything we needed after a long trip. It was quiet and we were able to rest and explore the city. Super nice building design. Alessio was very helpful with all the questions we had about restaurants and things to do in Torino. Highly recommended.

    A beautiful square with its own special atmosphere in the early morning and in the evening. I recommend visiting the Royal palace with its rich interiors and a large art collection and also friendly staff. Plan more time for the visit.

    The location right on Piazza Castello was great, very convenient to the Musei Reali, Galleria Subalpini, and several large pedestrian areas. The apartment is well designed and has high quality finishes. Having 3 separate sleeping areas was nice. We had some technical issues and the staff were available via WhatsApp to try and resolve. Overall I am happy with our stay, but hope the team works out some of the details with supplies to be provided and maintenance checks between guests.

    The location is perfect, just a few blocks from Piazza Castello and the Duomo. Restaurants, cafes, shopping and many attractions within an easy walk. Everything in the apartment functioned well: kitchen appliances, heating, showers, washer/dryer, TVs and so on. Lots of hangars and extra pillows and duvets were provided. The manager was quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was not luxurious but we weren't in Torino to hang around the flat.

    The location was perfect, close to Piazza Castello and a great little vegan restaurant accross the street. It is located in an old building with an elevator that gets you a floor below it. Stairs are very easy to navigate. It is spacious. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The air conditioner was one of the best we’ve had in the region (this is to US standards). The apartment had silverware, utensils, dishes a nice electric espresso machine and a washing machine. Plenty of washing detergent.

    Communication was good, and somebody was at the door to give us the keys. Great location near Piazza Castello. The apartment is small but is well endowed, except for the sofa bed which is not confortable.

    Charming accommodation in a great location, right on Piazza Castello where you can find two of the main tourist sites of Turin, il Palazzo Reale and il Palazzo Madama. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the sumptuous breakfast which is brought to our room every morning. It was also very quiet (great soundproofing) despite the central location.

    The hotel is right behind Piazza Castello so it is very central which makes it close to all the highlights of the city. The room was quiet and well organized. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower with a movable head which is great when you don't want to wet your hair (and not use a plastic shower cap). The best part was the staff who were very kind and helpful with any questions I had.

    Staying inside a palazzo! It is only a short walk from Piazza Castello and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a great location for walking to, and taking public transport to all the main sightseeing spots. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The cleaning lady who let me in is super-nice
