Everything about it. From the welcoming friendly staff, to the clean comfortable room and the location was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and new. We stayed 2 nights and wished we booked a bit longer. It is 5 min walk to vatikan museums (and the location was very elite, restaurants around were nice and there were lots of gelato places/ supermarkets available around the hotel). Although not very close to trevi/Colleseum, you can take a bus or train to those places and walk your way back to the hotel. the street of the hotel was very pretty. We stayed in September and Rome was extremely hot but the AC in the room was great. Thanks a lot!

Our stay at Villa Agrippina Gran Meliá was overall pleasant. The hotel offers a luxurious and well-maintained environment,The location is excellent—close to the Vatican and within walking distance of many attractions, yet still in a quiet and peaceful area. The gardens and pool area provide a wonderful retreat from the bustling city, making it a perfect place to relax. A special mention to the staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made a huge difference. We appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Upon arrival, we were also welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room, Additionally, we received one complimentary entry to the wellness area, which was a great bonus.

Beautiful, quiet location close to metro and Vatican museums. Staff is so kind and helpful, the room is clean and spacious, and the bed is extremely comfy. They're offering pretty good breakfast. Highly recommended!

The location was excellent and so was the staff and it’s one of the oldest buildings in Rome which means we were part of the history the Roman courtyard is still there

The room was very clean and location is so great, super close to Vatican city.

Location was ideal for visit to the Vatican Museum (2’ walk), to get to the city centre (Bus 492 around the corner took me to the piazza Navona/Pantheon/Campo de Fiori area and to the Barberini Palazzo). Also near metro Ottaviano. Breakfast was reasonably priced at 15 eur and had a good choice of sweet and savory. Bathroom was small but had a great walk in shower, fluffy towels and excellent shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of outlets to charge my devices. Can highly recommend a restaurant nearby, La Locanda di Pietro. Other restaurants nearby as well. Receptionist was very helpful when I had a question about the outlets. No adapter needed for my Belgian chargers.

Property was better than I expected, room was really good size ( with surprisingly big bed) and very clean, and this room had an amazing view to the St.Peters basilica. Staff who working in hotel are amazing, very polite, very helpful. Always make sure that you will have everything and give all information you needed. Breakfast had different options and was really tasty. If you will be tired after long day and still will wish to go out they have amazing Gallo roof top and you can enjoy amazing food and the view. I will definitely will visit this hotel.
