The breakfast every morning was exceptional. The hotel is located in walking distance to the Vatican City. We used taxi’s to get to the city centre, which was quite accessible. Rome city centre is really busy, so it was nice to come back to a calm location at night. What stood out most for me about the hotel was the staff. The customer services was good. But in particular, Philip M. at the front desk. Every single day went the extra mile to make sure customers experienced an exceptional standard of service. This is a unique and extraordinary talent! I hope that the company recognise his skills!

I like the hotel and the location in front of the Vatican. There are nice restaurants closed by. You can walk to go to the city centre. The city was very charming and authentic.

Comfy beds and rooms. Our family of four were given two rooms next to each other with private corridor access. Staff were very nice and helpful. The location next to the vatican was perfect for us attending Christmas midnight Mass and Pope's blessing on Christmas Day.
