Everything was awsome. The hotel is very clean and the staff very nice. We will return hopefully next year to have more time to visit Napoli and of course that we will choose the same hotel. You must try the rooftoop of the hotel, is great!

Excellent service (thank you, staff!), large room, twin beds, kettle, fridge, room service, amazing full breakfast, early morning coffee could be hotter. Taxis, tours, dining recommendations - we are an older couple with a cane. Great elevator too.

I would say the area at first glance didn't seem safe but we felt just fine as we walked to the historic center but blocks away. The room was great - just what we needed. They held our luggage while we went to Pompeii.
