We had a great stay there ! Just important to know, this hotel is part of the H14 hotel across the street. All facilities and check in must be done at the H14 hotel. Staff very helpful, room perfectly clean, and bed was so comfy !

Good location we walked to all the major tourist attractions and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. In the room the shower was amazing and bed was comfy. The staff were knowledgeable of the area too and gave us guidance for our short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is the best with walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and a special thanks to Daniele for teaching our son a little italian.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and clean. He had to request a shower chair and it was already there when we arrived.

My daughter and I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing and restful experience. The complimentary breakfast was delightful, offering various options. The hotel is well located, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. And, the hotel staff was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Navona Essence Hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Perhaps because we traveled during a quieter season, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, along with a lovely welcome Prosecco, which immediately made us feel valued and welcome (Thank you so much for that!) Our room was stylish and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the balcony—it added a special charm to our experience. The atmosphere of the room felt modern yet cozy (I have lovely photos with my Prosecco in that balcony :)). We stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast at the hotel every morning. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall service met our expectations. The staff were kind, professional, attentive, and the cleanliness of both the room and common areas was excellent. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is very centrally located, with all major tourist attractions within easy walking distance. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Navona Essence Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, an ideal location in Rome.

The hotel is so beautiful. The location is perfect. Breakfast in the garden was a very good experience. It was really nice to go for a drink at the rooftop bar.
