Hotels near Daimaru Sapporo, Sapporo

location: had to choose this hotel because since we went on winter, need to lessen amount of walking outside, and this hotel did not disappoint. just need to cross the street for train station it was hassle free for our luggages. theres a convenience store in the corner as well for our easy fix for food anytime. breakfast: superb!! lot of selections, plus they change some of the viands everyday for variation for long staying guests like us. no english translation though for its label, had to guess. this might be a huge disadvantage for people with allergies amenities: love the public bath so much, didnt know we'd enjoy it to a point we use it every night after long tiring day and on a winter season. theres also a coffee counter available right at the lobby, and theres also free drinks upon check in. theres also a laundry area its located inside the public bath room: small but usual size of hotels in japan, very functional

So close to Daimaru and Stellar Place - just across the road. Rooms are clean. The British gentleman at the check in counter was superb and friendly. We had a really nice chat.

The location was excellent. Since it was winter and very cold, the proximity of the Hotel to Sapporo Station and the APPA Shopping Mall was a blessing. Great restaurants in the Mall.

nice location with 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station. The staffs can communicate in English well. The room was clean, the bed was not cramped, not hard, quite confortable. There is a bathtub in the style of hotels in Japan. The public common sauna was clean and well-equipped, you just bring your own towel and enjoy your relaxing time. There are 2 coin washing machines in the sauna but you need credit card to pay for using. When checked out I forgot my mouthwasher then the staffs help me to find and get it back to me. Thank you a lot. I will come back this hotel next time.

The breakfast was exceptional. We could make our own kaisendon and it was amazing! the tv had netflix too and it was really convenient. it was a great location too

The Location is great not far from Daimaru department store and Sapporo station. There is Seico mart opposite the hotel.

So close to the station and department store and market !

It’s been my 3rd time to stay in this hotel within 18-month period. It’s very convenient as it’s just above the Sapporo station and at the same time, it has parking (a paid one though). This hotel never disappoints me! The staff there are all nice and helpful. Most of them can communicate with English. House keeping service is good and prompt.

5 min. walk to Sapporo station/ Daimaru/ stellar/ apia and underground

Short walk to Sapporo Station and good public bath

This hotel was a fantastic introduction to Sapporo. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet but very close to main attractions like the snow festival and JR observatory. They also have a nice lobby cafe area with complimentary coffee, tea, and matcha:) What stood out the most to us was that the staff were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. When we needed to see a doctor, a couple very kind staff members (whose names we wish we had taken down!) helped us locate a walk-in clinic who would accept foreign patients within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. They even printed out directions and called the clinic in advance to confirm they could accept us. We were very grateful for this kindness and hospitality, especially in a country where we don’t speak the language. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Was a decent enough stay for what we needed.

Easy, confortable and really nice

Was very simple and the bed was comfortable. Close to the train station which was convenient.

The location was great. It was a few minutes walk to Sapporo station. The hotel basement was linked to the underground shopping mall/street which linked to all the surrounding buildings including sapporo station. So convenient to move around this area. No need to worry if it rains or shine. The room was big and very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Staffs are super friendly as well. I will definitely stay here if I visit Sapporo again.

the location was super! close to everything you need for your sapporo stay.

Very nice place, convenient, so close to the station, very clean and comfortable
