WOW! Service was fantastic, the villas were so clean, spectacular view, they were already stocked with anything you could ever need. Heated bathtub and toilet seats were such a cool touch. Loved the amenity sets and fridge already being stocked with some essentials and goodies. Vending machine, coffee machine and bath salts at the reception building. One of the wonderful staff members explained all of the info about the hotel to us in english, and there are lots of pamphlets in the rooms to remind you and are easy to translate from japanese. They helped with our bags and drove us from the check in building up to our villa. Our villa had an uninterrupted view of mt fuji from the second floor and the balcony, Im guessing this is the case for all of the villas based on the way they sit on the mountain. Each unit also had a designated parking space close to them. They also drove us back to the station on the morning of checkout.

Dinner was very good, exceed my expectation. Breakfast is buffet style which I don't prefer. The view to Mt Fuji is worth the admission. Kids friendly and they have drum and magic show at night. They also have firework for kids to play as well.

    Great stay, if you come by bus take Fuji-Q Highland station and it's 10 minutes walk, they have rental bikes (per day, max 8h / 3000 yen) which i recommend to get. Near shops, and some restaurant options.

    The place is located very near from several tourist attractions, especially Arakurayama Sengen Park and Fuji-Q Highland park. Kitchen appliances provided are great, and it is very easy to wash and dry your clothes within the place.

    We love the private onsen hot tub at our own balcony! My boyfriend has tattoo so we must find places with private onsen. With that in mind, this place is excellent value of money! The room is spacious and clean. Location is excellent, very close to Fuji-Q highland with less than 10min walk. Many restaurants around the area.

    Location is perfect. Next to supermarket, drugstore and really near fuji-Q Highland theme park and fuji-Q Highland train station. Free parking available, although its a bit far around 100m walk. Multiple streaming platforms available for free but the TV needs an upgrade.

    Nice Hotel. Excellent Onsen and nice views of Fuji-San. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. There are Restaurants, Convenience, Pachinko, and Supermarket nearby. It’s also a short walk to the Fujikyu train station and the Fuji-Q Highland amusement park. The Loop shuttle akasaka stop is just across the street.

    They gave us a free upgrade with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji from our room! It was so nice to get to enjoy the view every morning. The staff was very nice and accommodating if we had any requests. The sauna and onsen were nice and well maintained. And the location was very convenient. There is a Family Mart right outside of the hotel and many restaurants nearby. And it is only a short walk to Fuji-Q Highlands.

    We stayed in 5 different hotels during our stay in Japan. This was by far the largest. Clean, updated and a great view of Mt Fuji. The host (owner) was amazing. She held our luggage for us as we did an overnight on Mt Fuji and even gave us a ride to the bus station. A convenience store right next door and plenty of shops & restaurants close by. Also, walking distance to Fuji-Q Highland

    Room had a superb view of Mt Fuji. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with sanitary measures against covid being strongly enforced. Hotel is located right in front of a bus stop and it is a 5 minute walk to Fuji-Q Highland.
