Clean and new facilities, with a Japanese style public bath. Friendly staff and nice quiet place to stay. Tosei Hotel is a Japan local small chain hotel, this is second time I stay in Tosei hotel cocone. Recommend this if would use budget hotel. Breakfast cost 1650 YEN on today's price.
