I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation for the warm hospitality and exceptional service we received during our stay at your hotel. Our experience was truly outstanding, thanks to the courteous and professional attitude of your entire team. A special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome and helpfulness, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. We look forward to visiting again in the future, and we will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. With heartfelt thanks and best regards,

We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t find it dim or dark like some reviews mentioned — the lighting was just right. The room was well-equipped, and we especially liked having a table to work on. It was also spacious compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The location was great too — right beside the station, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience!

great for staying with family

The hotel provided a light breakfast and some extra activities, which definitely exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely quiet at night, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended.

Perfect in every way!! Definitely consider this if you wish to stay in Arashiyama. Perfect location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, etc. There’s a 24h convenience store Ministop next to Arashiyama station which is a few minutes away from the hotel. Also, the view from my room was amazing.

This hotel is located within walking distance to the train station (about 5 minutes) and 15 mins walk to the Bambu Forest! My designer room is so spacious- not only it fit a king size bed and sofa, a toilet room and separate shower/bath room. The room appears brand new with a TV hung far from the bed (a minimum of 25 ft in length). The bed is very comfortable with crisp cotton linen. Drinking water is supplied for free from a water dispenser. It does not provide a garden view, which I knew it, however, it faces the street with far away Arashiyama mountains. The staff helped figure out take local bus lines to the Daitoku jin Daijiin Temple.

Enough basic need. Bathroom is large and clean.

Location Staff was nice and helpful No extra charge for private hot spring bath

The hotel was very central to many things to do and see around Arashiyama.

I loved the staff and the room!! The room was bigger than expected and the bed was soo comfortable.

Location is just at the starting point of Nara park and on a commercial street with all types of coffee shops, restaurants etc

It feels cozy as soon as you step inside, it was a quiet neighborhood and it was pretty close to the mall and trains.

Spacious space for 5 people. 3 of us had 2 carry-on bags, and 2 had 1 carry-on and 1 check in bags. The best thing is that a small portion of the proceeds goes to help single mothers their rent.
