CanadaCheck in was very, very easy. The room was clean, the AC worked very well, which is not always the case in hotels in Japan, breakfast was easy to get, and we loved the soba and tempura from Nonowa.

The room and the bathroom were spacious, with amenities in the room and in the front desk, readily available for you to take. What impressed me the most was that they had free water dispensers in the lobby and on the guests’ rooms floors. The beds were comfortable. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient.
